  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 yellow pepper (diced)
  • 1/2 red pepper (diced)
  • 1/2 red onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 lime
  • 1/2 grapefruit (a large)
  • 1/3 cup cilantro (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
