Ingredients
- 2 packets vanilla instant pudding
- 5 c milk, plus 1/2 c milk for chocolate
- Jumbo container of cool whip
- 1 c sugar
- 2/3 c cocoa powder
- 1/3 to 1/2 c chocolate chips
- 10 TBSP butter
- splash vanilla
- graham crackers
Directions
- Vigorously whisk vanilla pudding with milk.
- Let set.
- Mix in cool whip. Let it sit.
- Combine sugar, 1/2 c. milk and cocoa powder. Bring it to a bubble and bubble for 2 minutes and make sure the sugar all dissolves
- Turn down chocolate to low heat and add in chocolate chips, then add butter. Mix.
- Take off the heat and add a splash of vanilla.
- Layer the bottom of a pan with graham cracker. Pour pudding mixture on top and spread. Add a second layer of graham crackers.
- Once chocolate is slightly cooled, pour it on the top and spread.
- Put in fridge overnight.
