(makes ~6 dozen cookies)
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c margarine
- 1 c sugar
- 1 1/4 c brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 12 oz chunky peanut butter
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 4 1/2 c rolled quick oats
- 6 oz milk chocolate chips
- medium bag M & Ms
Directions
- Beat together eggs, margarine, sugars, vanilla and peanut butter.
- In separate bowl, mix together baking soda and oatmeal. Mix into peanut butter mixture. Add chocolate chips and stir until well blended. Refrigerate overnight.
- Drop tablespoonful of dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet and flatten each cookie into a circle shape with the bottom of a small glass. Press M & Ms on the top of the unbaked cookies.
- Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Allow cooling for 5 minutes on cookie sheet before removing.
