Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken thighs
- olive oil
Seasoning:
- salt
- pepper
- minced garlic
- lemon zest
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- paprika
Butter Sauce:
- 1/2 stick of partially melted butter
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- paprika
- pinch of sugar
- lemon juice
Mix to creamy/whipped consistency
Directions:
- Soak skewers for a few minutes in water.
- Dice chicken. In a bowl, coat with olive oil and the seasoning blend.
- Stack cubes onto skewers.
- Cook in air fryer at 400 for 12 minutes.
- Turn and cook another 12 minutes.
- Brush butter sauce on skewers while they are still hot.
