Ingredients:
- 8 c potatoes, diced & cooked
- 5 hard boiled eggs, diced
- 2 c diced pickles
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1.5 c mayo
- 1 TBSP yellow mustard
- 1/4 c dill
- 1.5 tsp celery salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 TBSP garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions:
- In the instant pot, cook potatoes and eggs at high pressure for 4 min. Use instant release.
- Allow potatoes to completely cool before mixing with all other ingredients.
