Instant Pot Potato Salad

Ingredients:

  • 8 c potatoes, diced & cooked
  • 5 hard boiled eggs, diced
  • 2 c diced pickles
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 1.5 c mayo
  • 1 TBSP yellow mustard
  • 1/4 c dill
  • 1.5 tsp celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 TBSP garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions:

  1. In the instant pot, cook potatoes and eggs at high pressure for 4 min. Use instant release.
  2. Allow potatoes to completely cool before mixing with all other ingredients.
