Ingredients:
- 3 large lemons
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
- 1 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 TBSP extra-virgin olive oil
- 1tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to blender. Blend at high speed until sauce is smooth, about 2 minutes.
- Thoroughly toss with pasta.
