Garlic Parmesan Pizza Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 16oz chicken breast
  • 2 TBSP white wine vinegar
  • 10g honey
  • 10g parmesan
  • Seasoning blend: 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp truffle salt, 1/2 tsp dried oregano, 1/4 tsp chili flakes, 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 fat free cottage cheese, blended
  • 3/4 c shaved parmesan
  • 1 tsp any garlic seasoning
  • 1 c shredded mozzarella
  • salt & pepper
  • 8 burrito-sized tortillas (Mission Carb Balance have lowest calories, fat and highest protein)

Directions:

  1. Mix the white wine vinegar, honey, parmesan and seasoning blend. Cover the chicken breast with it.
  2. Air fry chicken at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Set oven to 400.
  4. Chop up into small pieces and put into a large bowl.
  5. Add blended cottage cheese, shaved parmesan,  garlic seasoning, mozzarella, salt & pepper. Mix.
  6. Lay out each tortilla and spread the mixture across the entire width and roll.
  7. Top with more garlic seasoning and more parmesan if you’d like.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  9. To reheat after freezing, microwave 2-3 minutes.
