Ingredients:
- 3 c. flour
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 c. water (heated)
- 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
Directions:
- Whisk the flour, salt and baking powder.
- Mix the water and melted butter.
- Slowly add the wet mixture to dry until it gets crumbly.
- Add the rest of the water.
- Knead about 10 min until it looks smooth and doesn’t stick.
- Cover the bowl with damp paper towels.
- Rest for 10-15 minutes.
- Lightly flour surface.
- Cut ball evenly. Roll each segment into a smooth ball. *Keep covered with a damp towel to keep them from crusting.
- Roll out each ball. Keep rotating so it’s even.
- Heat a griddle on medium.
- Add each tortilla. Once you see alot of bubble, flip it. When there are more bubbles, flip it again.
