Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup oats, quick cooking
- 1 cup corn flakes
- 12 ounces chocolate chips
Directions
- Cream butter with sugars. Add egg, milk and vanilla. Combine flour, salt and baking powder.
- Add these dry ingredients alternately with oil to the first mixture. Add oats, corn flakes and chocolate chips.
- Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350℉ (180℃) for 10 to 13 minutes.
- Makes about 8 dozen cookies.
