Greek Yogurt Creamy Pasta Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 3 large lemons
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 1 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 TBSP extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to blender. Blend at high speed until sauce is smooth, about 2 minutes.
  2. Thoroughly toss with pasta.
