Egg White Bites

Ingredients:

  • Your choice: Bell Peppers, Onions, Mushrooms, Protein
  • 1/2 c fat free cottage cheese
  • 2 c egg whites
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Sautee filling ingredients
  2. Blend egg whites, cottage cheese and salt and pepper.
  3. Pour blend into muffin tin.
  4. Top with the filling ingredients
  5. Back at 350 for 30 minutes.
