- Your choice: Bell Peppers, Onions, Mushrooms, Protein
- 1/2 c fat free cottage cheese
- 2 c egg whites
- salt and pepper
Directions:
- Sautee filling ingredients
- Blend egg whites, cottage cheese and salt and pepper.
- Pour blend into muffin tin.
- Top with the filling ingredients
- Back at 350 for 30 minutes.
