Ingredients
Chicken:
- 8oz chicken breast
- Salt & pepper
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- paprika
- flour
- egg whites
- hot sauce
- bbq sauce
- cornflakes
- honey
- chili powder
- cayenne pepper
- bun
Sriracha Sauce
- 1/2 c fat free plain Greek yogurt
- 5 TBSP sriracha
- splash gochujang
- 2 spoons pickle juice
Mac & Cheese
- 1/2 c Dry Mac & Cheese
- 1/2 c cottage cheese
- 1/2 c milk
- cheddar powder
- 1/4 c low fat cheddar
Directions
- Pound out chicken breast. Cut to size as necessary. Season with salt, garlic powder, onion powder & paprika.
- Dredge each pieces through flour mix (flour, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder & paprika) then egg white mix (egg whites, hot sauce, bbq sauce) then cover in crushed corn flakes.
- Toast bun halves. Put sriracha sauce on each half.
- Dip each piece in to bbq coating (bbq sauce, chili powder, paprika, cayenne).
- Set on the bun.
For the macaroni:
- Cook macaroni.
- Mix other ingredients. Season as preferred. Add cooked macaroni to cheese sauce.
